Cookham Dean CE Primary School is a voluntary aided school. This means that the school administers admissions for all in-year transfers. However, if your child is due to start in the next Reception intake, this application is co-ordinated through RBWM. Pease click the link below for details and time frames.

Academic Year 2026/27 - Reception Entry

 

Primary School Admissions covers those pupils starting at either Primary or First school at the beginning of Reception - born between 01/09/2021 to 31/08/2022.

 

Key Dates 

  • Opening Date - Tuesday 11 November 2025
  • Closing Date - Thursday 15 January 2026
  • Extended deadline for exceptional circumstances - Saturday 31 January 2026
  • National Offer Day - Thursday 16 April 2026
  • Deadline to respond to a school place offer - Sunday 3 May 2026
  • Deadline to submit a late application to be considered in the second round of allocations - Sunday 3 May 2026
  • Second round of offers - Monday 25 May 2026
  • Deadline to submit a late application to be considered in the third round of allocations - Monday 25 May 2026
  • Third round of offers - Monday 29 June 2026

OPEN MORNINGS 2026/27

We are delighted to once again welcome all prospective parents to come along to one of our open mornings. The Headteacher will be taking tours of the school on the below dates. All tours last for roughly 45 minutes. 

 

Places are limited, if you would like to book on to one of our school tours, please email office@cookhamdean.org with your preferred date along with a contact telephone number.

 

If you are unable to make the tour for any reason, please let us know so we can offer the place to the waiting list.
