Year 3

Welcome to Year 3!

Dear Parents/Carers and Children,

The teachers in Year 3 are Ms O’Reilly (Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and Mrs O'Brien (Thursday and Fridays). Our class TA is Mrs Terry who is in class every morning. We are really looking forward to a great year of learning in Year 3. Our PE days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please can the children come into school in their PE kit on these days.

Our class page contains information about what we will be studying this year, as well as links to useful websites. We would love to see any work or reading the children have done outside of school, so please encourage them to bring this in!

Please try and hear your child read daily. Spellings will be given out every Wednesday and tested on the following Wednesday. Homework will be given out on Wednesdays and handed in to mark on Mondays. One piece of English or Maths homework, which will support our class learning, will be sent home weekly.
