Cookham Dean Church of England Voluntary Aided Primary School is a very

successful village school, in an area of outstanding natural beauty.

We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, caring and hard working

School Business Manager

Permanent Position (flexible for the right candidate)

           

Required: From September 2024

Salary: Up to £28,426 to £31,225 2 (depending on experience)

Hours: Up to 30 hours per week, term time only + inset days

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is enthusiastic, passionate and highly motivated;
  • Has a commitment to the ethos of the school;
  • Has previous experience of financial management, premises management, HR management and Health & Safety responsibilities in a school or office environment;
  • Is able to organise their own workload, prioritise and meet a wide variety of demands;
  • Be able to discretely deal with confidential information;
  • Have the ability to work calmly under pressure with a high volume of work;
  • Has excellent IT skills with experience of working in a school/office environment;

1:1 Teaching Assistant KS2 to include lunch duties

1 Year Temporary Position (with potential for extension)

           

Required: To start 5th September 2024

Hours: 14 Hours per week - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday mornings, term time only.

Pay Scale: band 2c point 3-4 (Actual salary £7,857 to £7,987 per annum)

Lunchtime Controller: 4 Hours per week, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, term time only.

Pay Scale: band 2a point 2 (Actual salary £2,208 per annum)

Line Manager: Class Teacher

 

All applicants must have previous teaching assistant experience and at least a GCSE qualification in Maths & English (or equivalent) for this role, and experience with SEN desirable.
