KS1 Teaching Assistant to a Named Child with EHCP

Maternity Cover to include Lunch Duties

           

Required: To start 5th September 2024

Teaching Assistant: 16.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:45 to 12:00 term time only

Pay Scale: band 2c point 3-4 (Actual salary £9,120 - £9,271 per annum)

Lunchtime Controller: 6.25 Hours per week, Monday to Friday, 12:00 to 13:15 term time only

Pay Scale: band 2a point 2 (Actual salary £3,450 per annum)

Line Manager: Class teacher

Contract Term: Up to 1 year (with potential for extension) 

 

All applicants must have previous teaching assistant experience and at least a GCSE qualification in Maths & English (or equivalent) for this role, and experience with SEN desirable.

Caretaker & Cleaner

           

Required: To start as soon as possible

Line Manager: Headteacher

Contract Term: Permanent 

Part Time: 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Term Time + some holiday work as required, 7:10am start to open up school plus flexible hours to suit during the day

Pay Scale: band 2c point 3-4 (Actual salary £5,612 - £5,705 per annum)


Cookham Dean Primary School are seeking to recruit a flexible, enthusiastic and reliable Caretaker and Cleaner as soon as possible. Good communication, interpersonal and DIY skills are essential.

 

You will be responsible for the security of the premises, general maintenance work and repairs, health and safety issues relating to the buildings, cleaning and porterage duties. It is essential that you are capable of regular stooping, bending, lifting and carrying of equipment, materials and furniture and able to climb ladders.

 

There will need to be a degree of flexibility around certain key events in the school calendar, e.g. parents evening, governing body meetings, school fairs etc. You will be expected to undertake lettings for school premises.

 

To work in our busy school, you must be positive, hardworking and have a strong commitment to high standards of service delivery and customer care.
